Payment Options
Junior College: Payment of Fees
1. The fees shall be paid in cash only.
2.
Students belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes, the E.B.C. may apply for Govt. Scholarship, Free Studentship as per notice issued by the Principal in that connection.
Cancellation of admission & refund of fees
A student who intends to leave the college shall inform the Principal in writing at least one week before the closing of the first term. The fees will be refunded as per the rule prescribed by the Deputy Director of Education, Greater Mumbai.
Degree College: Payment of Fees
1. The fees shall be paid by demand draft only.
2.
Students coming from other Colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai will be provided with Transference Certificate form along with the fees should be submitted in the college from where they seek transfer.
3.
Students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Tribes, the EBC may apply for Govt. Scholarship, Free Studentship as per notice issued by the Principal in that connection.
4.
Students of S.Y.B.Com. class offering Computer Programming and  of T.Y.B.Com. class offering Computer System & Applications,  Direct & Indirect Taxation  or Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management  will pay an additional fee as prescribed by the University of Mumbai (Applicable to B.Com only).
5. Caution Money and Library Deposit is required to be paid as may be indicated separately.
Cancellation Of Admission
All Graduate Courses other than BMS :

All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to
him/her after deducting Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred fifty) of all
prescribed fees, as administrative charges provided:
(i)
at the time of applying for admission, he/she intimates in writing, that
he/she has also applied or intends to apply for admission to one or
more colleges or institutions or departments of this university which
impart instruction for courses of the University and
(ii)
he/she withdraws his application in writing within seven days from the
date of his/her admission to a course between the period from 1st Sept.
and 30th Sept. of the same academic year. In such cases it shall be
binding on one the student to produce documentary proof of his/her being
admitted to the course of different college / institution.
Applicable to only BMS:-
Students cancelling their admissions will be given the original documents immediately and will be entitled to receive refund of semester fees that they have paid, after deducting the amount as indicated below:

Refund of Fees, Caution Money & Library Deposit:
a)
Refund of fees for the Degree College other than BMS shall be as per rule 0.2859B prescribed by the University vide Cir No. UG / 257 of 2005 and for BMS shall be as per the rule 16 prescribed by the University vide Cir. No. BMS / 191 of 2006.
b)
For the cancellation of admissions and refund of fees, the Identity card, the Library Reader’s Tickets (if issued) and the fee receipt shall be surrendered along with the application for refund.
c)
Caution Money and Library Deposit will be refunded (if not forfeited for any reason) to a student when he/she ceases to be a student of the college, provided
  • It is certified that he/she owes no money to the college.
  • He/she has no library books or any other college property in his/her possession.
d)
The Caution Money and Library Deposit will be refunded only on the dates notified by the college.  A prescribed form for the refund of fees is available in the college office.
